At every stage from initial contact through to brokering the offer we act as guidance counsellors to ensure that the final decision made is both sustainable and mutually beneficial.
The number of hours we put into candidate communications far outstrips the industry average. We feel that by understanding the motivations, desires, ambitions and concerns of our candidates better - we can strengthen the quality of the shortlist we produce whilst also ensuring that the candidate experience is a positive one.
We know that those that reach their full potential are happy not only in the work they are doing but also where they are doing it, how they are doing it and how the work/life balance is being maintained. These are all issues that we help our candidates to think through and consider before reaching any final decision.
